masterclass TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read and familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions outlined here. By booking with us this means you adhere and comprehend our terms and conditions of our company.

A deposit of £85 must be received upon confirmation to secure your booking. No deposit - No security therefore No class. We are not obliged to hold a space. Deposits & full cost payments are non-refundable but we do offer a credit note which is valid for 12 months from the date should you have to make changes or reschedule your event.

Full payment is due 5 days before your class. Cancellations within the week of your class are still charged at full price and can be rescheduled within the availability of the teacher.

Any changes made to your class should be done 5 days before your class Any changes within the 5 days may not be able to be adhered to or changed due to the short notice.

We do not issue refunds on our classes but offer 2 amendments valid for 1 year the day of the session

If you are running late please notify the class teacher on 07496141985 or via email hello@theindulgentsugarplum.com

If you miss or are late for more than 15 mins, the class will start and you will not be allowed into the session. 

You will have to rebook your session and complete this at a later date and subject to availability of the course teacher.

Mostly importantly bring a vibe, relax and let's bake along and have fun!
